Dr. Melissa Young is a highly experienced medical professional with more than 30 years of service as a physician and surgeon. With a foundation in Orthopaedic Hand Surgery, she brings exceptional precision, technical skill, and deep anatomical expertise to the field of Aesthetic Medicine. Throughout her career, she has performed thousands of injections and complex surgical procedures, giving her a profound appreciation for the role of anatomy, safety, and meticulous detail in every treatment.
Practicing in Aesthetic Medicine since 2019, Dr. Melissa is committed to ongoing education and frequently seeks advanced training with leaders in the field. Staying current in this fast-evolving specialty allows her to provide patients with the safest, most effective, and most innovative treatment options available.
Warm, attentive, and patient-centered, Dr. Melissa is passionate about helping individuals look and feel their best. She places a strong emphasis on education, empowering patients to choose the services that best align with their aesthetic goals and concerns. Her philosophy focuses on natural, beautiful results that enhance each person’s unique features and support a refreshed, confident appearance.
Outside of Timeless Youth MD, Dr. Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, traveling, practicing yoga, watching tennis and gymnastics, and cheering on her beloved Ohio State Buckeyes.

Rob is the business manager for Timeless Youth MD with over 6 years of experience in this role.
He is the man behind the numbers, as well as our IT guru. He is known for balancing the budget and always saying yes to brainstorming and problem-solving.
Rob graduated from The Ohio State University in 1995, with a BS/BA Business degree in Human Resource Management.
After graduating from college, he was an officer in the United States Marine Corps for 4 years, achieving the rank of Captain. After his honorable discharge from the military, he worked in customer satisfaction roles until the birth of his first daughter, at which time he was called to be a stay-at-home parent. He re-entered the job market in 2019, working in reform policy in Iowa’s electricity markets in addition to rocking the role of Timeless Youth MD’s business manager.
Rob has a way of making it seem like anything is possible, and that if today is a tough day, tomorrow will be better. Rob always makes people feel like he is truly listening to them.
Rob loves playing golf, watching Ohio State football, and drinking a good bourbon. He is very involved in volunteering with the Knights of Columbus (St. Francis of Assisi), and Catholic Tuition Organization, holding leadership roles in both organizations.
